THROWN FROM MOWER

FARM LABOURER INJURED HORSES OUT OF CONTROL While a farm labourer, Mr. Clarence Alexander Black, aged 37, married, of 18 Princes Street, Mount Roskill, was driving a mowing machine along Dominion Road yesterday morning, the horses took fright at a passing vehicle and bolted. Mr. Black was thrown heavily to the road, his right ankle being fractured in the fall. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance.
