NEW ZEALAND 76/- TO 77/DANISH PRICE DECLINES CHEESE VALUES UNCHANGED The price of New Zealand butter in London is unchanged at 76s to 77s per cwt. The market is steady. However, Danish shows a further downward movement, the price declining over the week by 4s to 945. The cheese market is quietly steady, with values unaltered at 44s 6d per cwt. for white and 46s for coloured. The Press Association message sent from London on Thursday states that the market for butter is steady. Danish is quoted at 94s per cwt.; choicest salted, New Zealand, 76s to 775; Australian, 725; unsalted, New Zealand, 78s; Australian, 745. The cheese market is quietly steady. New Zealand, white, 44s 6d; coloured, 465; Australian, 42s to 435.
