WOMEN'S CONGRESS
DELEGATES IN TURKEY CONSTANTINOPLE, April 19 The Congress of tho International / Women's Suffrage Alliance was opened at Yildiz yesterday by the Governor of Constantinople. The president of the Union of Turkish Women welcomed 300 delegates from 30 Countries, as far abroad as India, Australia and Jamaica. . . : n v ; .- ; Mrs. Corbett Ashby, in her presidential address, outlined the alliance's principles, which include support of the League of Nations.
