RIFF WARRIOR'S MISSION COLOMBO. April 14 The Riff warrior Mustaphn el Raisuni, brother-in-law of Abd-el-Krim, the famous Moroccan rebel leader, arrived at Colombo from India on his way to China and the Philippines. " My country has one problem," he said, " her freedom. My present mission is one of goodwill, to unite the Moslems of the world."
