MANCHURIAN EMPEROR
TOUR THROUGH JAPAN POLICE GUARDING RAILWAY (Received April 15, 7.15 p.m.) TOKIO. April 15 The Emperor of Manchuria departed by train to-day for Kyoto, after a visit of 10 days in western Japan. The railway to Kyoto is being heavily guarded, police being situated every few yards.
