MADAME ELSA STRALIA (Received April 15. 7.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 15 The well-known singer Mrs. Elsie Mary Moses, formerly Fischer, and professionally known as Madame Elsa Stralia, was to-day granted a decree nisi in divorce proceedings on the ground of desertion.
