Mitchell acted as hostess and presented Miss Morton with a bouquet. Mrs. Davey, of Sydney (wife of Captain Davey, of the Monowai), and Mrs. Emery, of Buenos Aires, were also presented with flower s. Visitors included Mrs. Abrahams, of Fiji, Mrs. Wilson, of Quala Immpur, Mrs. Geddes, of Napier, Miss Amy Holland, who has been living abroad, and Miss V. Roche, of Sydney.
