TE AWAMUTU HIGH SCHOOL RAIN DELAYS EVENTS [from our own cokbesfondent] TE AWAMUTU, Thursday The annual sports meeting of the To Awamutu District High School pupils was held at Albert Park on Wednesday afternoon. Owing to the showery weather, tho programme of about seventy events was curtailed, about fifty being decided. ' The remaining events will bo decided later. . The points ia the girls' championship events were:—Junior: Fay Hebden, 101 (winner of cup); Jeaa Ferrinian, 91; Beatrice Corboy. 3: Mary Crotty, 1. Senior: Dorothy Bloxham, J2 (winner of cup); Joyce laylor, 6; Margaret McDonald. 5; Doreen Carlyle, 2. Home of the championship events for the boys have yet to be decided.
