REITURN ON INVESTMENTS
Following is a list of yesterday's transactions an New Zealand Stock Exchanges and the return from investment- at the quoted price. The exchange premium on dividends payable in sterling is included in the calcul.ition of returns. The yield on 4 per cent Government loans includes redemption and that on 3J per cent loans is for interest alone, and covers only the period for which the loans are tax-free. THE MINING MARKET WIDER RANGE OF DEALING WAIHIS SELL UNCHANGED \ There was a wider range of dealing in the mining market on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday. Waihis sold again at 42s 9d and Alexanders and Matakis also were done at current prices. Golden Dawns and King Solomons recorded gains of Id each in trading, while Mahakipawas were done at and 9d, a drop of lid. Closing quotations were:—
