NORTH-WEST AUSTRALIA COMMUNICATIONS BROKEN PEARLING LUGGERS' PERIL (Received March 28. 10.5 p.m.) March 28 A cyclon® was experienced on the north-west coast • of Australia last night. All the telegraph lines are down between Wyndham aud Broome, and the fate of several pearling luggers is in "doubt. The master of the steamer Koolinda, in a wireless message, states that he rescued 10 members of the crew of one lugger.
