NEW ZEALAND TEAM SELECTION DEFERRED (Received March 21. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. March 20 E. D. Andrews informed a representative of the Sun-Herald news service that New Zealand will select its Davis Cup team against Australia after the hard-court championships at Bournemouth from April 29 to May 4. Stedman and Malfroy probably will play in the doubles. Commander Cazaiet, who was elected to represent the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Council on the International Federation, will assist in Coaching and managing the Dominion team. The match between Australia and New Zealand will be commenced at Eastbourne on May 10.,
