TRUNK AIR LICENCES

WELLINGTON DISCUSSION DOMINION SERVICE SOUGHT [by TELEGRArH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Tuesday Representations on the subject of the proposed air service licences in New Zealand are to be made at a meeting of tho Transport Co-ordination Board on Thursday by the Wellington Chamber of Commerce, but the advocacy of any parochial interests or the granting of a licence for a trunk servico to any particular applicant is to be avoided. At the meeting of the chamber tonight speakers said representatives should only make the point that any licence for a trunk service should include calls at the four principal centres to serve the best interests of tho New Zealand public.
