The waterworks engineer, Mr. J. Williamson, reported at a meeting of the Northeoto Borough Council last night that 3,961,000 gallons of water had been used during February. was received that the Northcote levy for the maintenance of the Auckland War Memorial Museum was £52. It was decided to hold the usual commemorative evening service on Anzac Day. Permission to make street collections were granted to the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association for April 18, and to the Community Sunshine Association for the third or fourth Friday in May.
