BOAT RACE ON APRIL 6 BELLS FOR CAMBRIDGE CREW LONDON, March 13 The Cambridge coxswain in the University boat race on April 6 will operate two electric bells more powerful than the one used last year, the sound of which was drowned by the cheering crowds. The ringing of the bells, which will be placed under the seats, will convey codo messages to the oarsmen.
