Sir, —I quite agree with your correspondent on the above. I am still paying on the same valuation for the past 20 years, though the value of the property is about half and the rental atiout half. It is time a change was made. Ratepayers do not seem to have any redress under the present system. Trusting that those suffering as your correspondent and myself will wake up and call a meeting to have things altered. One of the Victims.
