SENTENCE QUASHED
COURT OF APPEAL ACTION [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Wednesday Having pleaded guilty at Wellington on December 6, 1934, to five charges of indecent assault on a male, J. Priestley was sentenced by Mr. Justice Reed to reformative detention for » period not exceeding two years. The Court of Appeal to-day made an order quashing that sentence and substituted an order that Priestley should come up for sentence if required at any tnaa within two years.
