NEW SOUTH WALES PLAN . ' J IMPROVEMENT IN CONDITIONS SYDNEY, Feb. 28 The New South Wales State Cabinet has completed a scheme for giving greatly improved conditions ti:' relief workers. Soixu, 17,000 additional men will be employed within the nijsjct few weeks. The, earnings of all the men will be increased, by an average of 2s a week, and in. the case of men with forge families the increase will be ss.
