APPOINTMENTS GAZETTED CHAIRMEN AND MEMBERS [BY TELEGRAPH —SPECIAL BEPOBTER] WELLINGTON, Thursday The reappointment of Mr. J. A. 0. Allum, of Auckland, as the sole member of the Central Licensing Authority, under the Transport Licensing; Act is announced in the Gazette to-niiuht. His term will expire on February 23, 1936. The appointment of district licensing authorities for the same term is also gazetted as fo.'lows, the sitting members in each case being chosen:—-No. 1 district: Mr. W. Jones, farmer, of Whangarei (chairman); Mr. I'. A* Jones, builder, of Dargaville; and Mr. A. G. C. Yarborough, farmer, or Uokianga. No. 2 district: Mr. J. A. C. Allum, electrical engineer, oi : Auckland (chairman); Mr. T. Hanna,' farmer, of Tnkapuna; and Mr. E. C. Blomfield, solicitor, of Auckland.
