EARLY CONFERENCE

GOVERNMENT'S DESIRE TALKS BY RADIOPHONE COMMENT IN NEWSPAPER PRINCES AND FEDERATION By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyrizht (Received February 127, 8.35 p.m.) LONDON. Feb. 27 The Daily Mail says the Government is seeking an early conference with the Indian Princes. The Secretary of State for India, Sir Samuel Hoare, spoke by radiophone to India and many cablegrams were exchanged.

The Times, in a leading article, says the majority in the House of Commons should dispel the first impressions produced as a result of the Princes' attitude. If the Princes decided against federation, they would have gone further than describing the reforms as unacceptable without modifications.
