GAMING ACT CHARGES
TOTAL OF £205 IN FINES [BY TELEGRAPH —PKESS ASSOCIATION] PALMERSTON NORTH, Wednesday Fines totalling £205 were imposed on four defendants in the Magistrate's Court to-day on charges of breaches of the Gaming Act. The fines were:—N. E. Baigent £SO, A. J. Dowar £SO, C. J. Williams £IOO, and E. Davis £5.
