HEAVY LOSS OF LIFE CAPSIZE OF A LAUNCH (Received February 26, 10.35 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Feb. 26 A message from Castries, on the west coast of St. Lucia, West Indies, says the excursion launch St. George capsized about three miles offshore. Six people are known to be dead and 22 have been given up as lost. There were 74 survivors.
