Notice is hereby given, that at a special meeting of the Mount Roskill Road Board held on Tuesday, February 19. 1935. the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Board to be held on TUESDAY, March 26, 1935, at 7.25 p.m. at. the Board Offices, Mount Albert Road, Mount Roskill:— " In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part V. of the Road Board's Act. 1908. the Mount Roskill Road Board hereby makes, by special order, a bylaw under the said Act. The object and purport of the proposed by-law, to be known as By-laws No. 2. is: — 1. To regulate and control the driving of stock within the boundaries of the Road District. 2. To regulate and control the erection and operation of Petroleum Distributors in public places. 3. For the good rule and government of public parks and recreation reserves under the jurisdiction of the Mount Roskill Road Board." A full copy of this by-law is deposited at the Road Board Offices and is optn to the inspection of the public during office hours until the 26th day of March next.
