WELCOME IN SYDNEY SYDNEY. Feb. » The Chinese general Tsai Ting Kai, hero of the defence of Shanghai, arrived by the Mariposa after passing through Auckland. He was warmly welcomed by hundreds of Sydney Chinese. He is here at the invitation of his admiring countrymen, who entertained him at a public reception. As. a result of recent political events in China, the general is said to bo an exile without a country.
