UNION OF PARTIES DEMOCRATIC TENDENCIES (Received February 9, 12.25 a.m.) BELGRADE, Feb. 8 Dr. Matchek has accepted the leadership of the United Opposition Party, ■which includes the Croat and Serbian peasants and the democrats. The party has united elements which have been out of politics for six years. This constitutes an important move toward a democratic form of Government which the Regent, Prince Paul, is understood to be anxious to facilitate.
