SLOOP'S LONG CRUISE

LABURNUM OUT OF DOCK' DEPARTURE ON MONDAY After having her hull cleaned and painted preparatory to leaving or Singapore, H.M-S. Laburnum, com* manded by Commander A, H. Ma* well-Hvslop, came out of dock vesterday afternoon and berthed at pevon* port. The. warship has complied nearly 11 years on the New Zealan ■ station, and she is now to proceed to Singapore, where she will be used as a drill ship for the Royal Naval Volun* teer Reserve. She will leave for Sing l pore on Monday morning. In connection with her biennial refit, H.M.S. Dunedin, flagship of RearAdmirul F. Burges Watson, will ' into dock on Monday for survey cleaning of the hull. An inspection W1 also be made of the cruiser's propel ers and tailsliaft.
