FIRE IN BAKEHOUSE

The bakehouse gutted bv fire in Symonds Street early on Sunday morning was insured for £ISOO in the London and Lancashire Office. The shop at the front of the bakehouse was insured for £ISOO Under a separate policy in the same office. This part was not damaged extensively. The building, at 173 and 175 Symonds Street, was occupied by the Homestead Bakeshop, Limited, of which Mr. A. Stormont is manager. The building is owned by Winstone, Limited.
