FRENCH COMMUNIST
BARRED FROM ENGLAND TURNED BACK AT DOVER PARIS. Feb. 3 A French Communist member of the Chamber of Deputies, M. Cachin, who was going to England to attend a Communist conference, was turned back at Dover in spite of the fact that ho possessed a British visa.
M. Cachin was detained by the police until the steamer left again for France.
