AUCKLAND OII.TY CLUB FINAL POINTS FOR TROPHIES Championship shootira; in the Auckland City Defence Rifle Club was advanced a further stage on Saturday last with a shoot at 200 yds and 300 yds. Tine rear wind had a tendency to fishtail, but conditions were in favour of Rood shooting:. Spoons in their respective grades were won by A. .T. Pieterson apd A. AKARANA CLUB'S MATCHES The Akarana Rifle Club continued its championship geries ovei the ranges of 200 yds and 30<Jvds foi trophies presented by the club and by Mr. J M. Ronnie. Conditions were a clear lijj;ht ant a variable rear fishtail wind, which proved to be troublesome to the marksmen at this long range. Mr. J. ■M. Ronnie's trophy woB won by J. Mills.
