MOVEMENTS DEPLORED COUNTY COUNCIL'S CONCERN [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] GISBORNE, Saturday The extent to which sheep are being removed from East Coast districts was discussed at the last meeting of the Waiapu County Council. Councillors expressed the opinion ' that farmers would suffer in the end if something were not done to stop the exodus of sheep from the district and that agitation was needed to get every head of killable stock put through the Tokomaru Bay works. It was stated that last month several large mobs of sheep had been driven o\*erland by the northern route.
