VIfATER'S SUDDEN INRUSH * - ELEVEN VICTIMS IN BIHAR (Received January 25, 8.15 p.m.) •: " CALCUTTA. Jan. 25 Eleven underground workers, including; two women, were drowned through the sudden inrush of water from an old working in the Loyabad colliery, Bihar Province. Seven other workers escaped.
