Fridw A savage attack by a Jersey bull wa§ made upon Maurice Clarke, aged lli < while spending a holiday at a relative 8 ' farm yesterday. The boy was riding a pony when the bull rushed and gwed him in the right leg below th 6 knee. The boy was unseated *nd scrambled into a small enclosure close by. The bull directed its attentions to the pony, but the latter escaped serious injury. The lad's injuries required several stitches and hospital treatment.
