DISPUTE OVER FRONTIER MR. EDEN AS PEACEMAKER GENEVA, Jnn. 15 The Lord Privy - Seal, Mr. Anthony Eden, appeared again in his popular xole of peacemaker, at the meeting of the Council of the League of Nations. He -introduced a proposal for a permanent Court of International Justice. He also asked for a ruling upon the Persia-Irak :irontier dispute. . The Council decided that Baron Aloisi ihould confer with both the latter parties, with a view to securing an judicable agreement.
