BYRD EXPEDITION
SUPPLY SHIP'S PROGRESS [riY TKIjEGRAFH—press association] DUNEDIN, Tuesday The Byrd Antarctic Expedition's steamer Jacob lluppert has received a wireless message from the expedition's supply ship, Bear of Oakland, advising that the latter vessel has entered JVlcMurdo Sound. The ice pack is reported to be quite open.
