ACCUSATIONS DENIED SEQUEL TO MILAN ARREST (Received January 14. 5.5 p.m.) Times Cable LONDON, Jan. 33 The Eome correspondent of the Times states that Dr. Mario Borsa, the Milan correspondent of that journal, who was arrested yesterday, was released after denying accusations that he had criticised the Franco-Italian accord.
