OTHER STATES FAVOURABLE GERMAN ATTITUDE UNKNOWN ROME. Jan. 9 II Popolo di Roma says it understands that Hungary, Yugoslavia, Czecho-Slovakia, Rumania and Poland have agreed to join in the FrancoItalian pact of non-interference. The paper says it remains to be seen whether Germany will adhere to it. The actual agreement is a clear indication to Germany from France and Italy to collaborate in the reconstruction of order in Europe.
