LOSS THROUGH WEATHER PERTH, Dec. 'JO The Premier of Victoria, Sir Stanley Argyle, on his arrival in Perth today, said the Melbourne Centenary Committee probably would find difficulty in recouping itself for its expenditure, because on the days when public support was most expected the weather was unfavourable.
