TRADE NEGOTIATIONS British Wireless RUGBY, Dec. 21 Formal negotiations between the British and Peruvian Governments for a commercial agreement have been begun in London, and detailed discussions will be held early in the new year. In each of the last two years the UnitiKl Kingdom had nn adverse balance of trade with Peru of more than £3,000,000. •
