RETURN FROM EXILE

AUSTRIAN ARCHDUKE activities of monarchists VIENNA, Dec. 21 The Archduke Otto and his mother, the ex-Empress Zita, are to return from their long exile and take up their residence in the Austrian Jyrol in January. It is said that this move is to be made with the full consent of Dr. Schuseh'nigg and Prince Starhembcrg, Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor respectively. Austrian and Hungarian monarchists are displaying feverish activity with a view to winning over domestic opinion and obtaining foreign moral and material support for the restoration of Otto to the throne.
