CHRISTMAS PAY
MEN ON RELIEF WORK DOMINION SUM OF £250,000 [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Friday Approximately £250,000 is being paid out this week in relief payments throughout New Zealand. The payments include two weeks' pay without work and a Christmas bonus. In Wellington city and suburban districts the recipients of the payments, which total £28,896, number 6338.
