That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be a Special Rate of 6even-seventeenths of one penny (7-17ths) in the pound upon the annual value of all rateable property in the City of Auckland. 4. That the Auckland City Council proposes to make the loan repayable at the end of thirty-five (35) years from the date of issue in respect of Group No. 1, and twenty years (20) in respect of Group No. 2, with provision for a sinking fund of not less than One Pound Tec Shillings (±'l 10s1 per centum per annum, and Three Pounds Ten Shillings (£3 10s) per centum per annum respectively. 5. (2) That the Auckland City Council, being unable to provide the necessary funds for the purpose indicated above out of the ordinary revenue of the City, proposes to raise a Special Loan of £27,400 to be known as the "Victoria Arcade and Expired Leases Compensation Loan, 1934" (£27,400). (3) That the proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be a Special Rate of one-fourth of one penny (Ith) in the £ upon the annual value of all rateable property in tne City of Auckland. (4) That the Auckland City Council proposes to make the loan repayable at the end of fifteen (15) years from the date of issue, with provision for a sinking fund of not less than £5 4s per centum per annum.
