PRESENTATIONS
A large number of members of thd Health Department assembled at the Farmers' Trading Company's rooms oa Thursday to farewell Dr. A. Henderson, school medical officer, and Miss
K. Wright, school nurse, who are re- g tiring from the, service. In a short address, Dr. T| f J. Hughes, medical , officer of health, spoke of the excellent work done by both officers. Ofhef _ \ speakers were Dr. Ada Paterson, director of the division of school hygienf, and Dr. J. Boyd, medical officer o" : health for South Auckland. At the oonelusion of the function a presentation of a clock was made to Dr. Henderson |g and one of a reading lamp and leathef j|; handbag to Miss Wright.
