Notie® in hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes under the proinsiorio of the above-mentioned Act* to execute a certain public work—namely, altering the course of a road—and for the purpose of such public work the lands described the First, Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and. further, that it is proposed to close the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hpreto.
