FISHERMEN'S CLAIMS
BRITISH AND.- NORWEGIAN two boArds constituted (Received November 27. 5.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Nov, 26 The two boards envisaged in the recent agreement between the United Kingdom and Norway regarding the settlement of claims between British and Norwegian fishermen have now been constituted. Commander Cumming, British \ iceConsul for Northern Norway, and M. Batsoe, Governor of Finmark, are to sit on the board 'in Norway, and Mr. Moss Blundell, Chief Inspector of Fisheries, and M. Andvord, counsellor at the Norwegian Legation, London, are to sit on the corresponding board in Britain.
