TRANSPACIFIC FLIGHT
CANADA TO NEW ZEALAND PLANS OF MR. C. T. P. ULM [BY. TULEGRAPH—PKESS ASSOCIATION} WELLINGTON. Monday It is understood that Mr. C. T. P. Ulni intends to make the first flight from Canada to New Zealand. His present plans are to make three hops across the Pacific Ocean, to Honolulu, to Fiji and to Auckland. From Auckland he will return to Australia. The flight from Fiji to Auckland will be over a distance ot 1150 sea miles, which is nearly 400 sea miles shorter than the Suva-Brisbane hop made by tliie Southern Cross in 19*28.
