Saturday At a special meeting of the Hawke's Bay Trotting Club yesterday, it was unanimously decided to go into recess for 12 months, the reason being that there are not sufficient horses in this district to run a race meeting without a financial loss. The club's permit for tlio two days will bo allotted by the Trotting Conference to clubs in other districts.
