BRITISH FEDERATION INDEPENDENT CHAIRMAN British Wireleiia RUGBY. Nov. 17 Sir Andrew Duncan, chairman of the Central Electricity Board, has been appointed independent chairman of the Iron and Steel Federation, which includes 14 industries and more than 40 associations. It is recogtfised that he will play an important part in the future development of the scheme for the reorganisation of the industry; which is at an advanced stage.
