COMING CONFERENCE AUSTRALIA AND NEW' ZEALAND (Received November 10, 1.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 9 An important conference to promote further co-operation and co-ordination between Australia and New Zealand in matters of defence will be held shortly at Wellington, New Zealand. Australia will, t>e represented by Sir George Pearee, formerly Minister of Defence. The conference will synchronise with thei visit the Dominion of Sir Maurice Hankey, secretary of the Committee-of Imperial Defence.
