LONDON HEADQUARTERS KING OPENS NEW BUILDING (Received November 9. 6.5 p.m.) British "Wireless RUGETT, Nov. 8 King George, accompanied by Queen Mary, to-day opened the new headquarters of the Royal Institute of British Architects. The building, which cost £120,000, has been built in the centenary year of the institute. The latter has been the principal agency in creating a svstem of architectural education in Britain and in fostering the development of similar institutions in the Dominions.
