LOW PRICES FOR LAND

SECTIONS AT MOUNT ALBERT Prices ranging from £45 to £BB wore realised for five sections in tho borough of Mount Albert, sold at auction, under tho Rating Act, 1925, by Richard Arthur, Limited, yesterday. Eleven properties wore offered, but six were withdrawn. For some, no bids wero received. The highest prico of £BB was realised for a section of 2-1 perches at tho corner of Duncan Avenue and Marne Avenue, whilo £GS was paid for each of two properties of a similar area on the New North Road and in Western Avenue. A .section of 28 perches in King Street brought £57 10s, and one of 38 lurches in Trounville Avenue, £45.
