A REPRESENTATIVE PARTY A day full of engagements fared the j visiting British lawn tennis players on Saturday. Harrison, presi- i dent of the Auckland Lawn Tennis j Association, with whom was Mrs. Har- j rison, wearing moss green flat crepe with pear] trimming; Mr. H. Clav, Mr. S. Lamb, .Air. S. A. Cleal, Mr. .1. K. Hall, Mr. E. W. Griffiths, Mr. A. E. ! Bockett, Mr. L. J. Williamson, Mr. A. j K. Turner and Mr. N. C. Pierce (sec- i retary), members of the executive of I the Auckland Association. There were also present Mr. T. E. j Hickson, president of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association, and Mrs. Hickson, who was wearing scarlet lace; Mr. H. N. Burns (secretary), Mr. A. E. Thompson, president of the Waikato Association, Miss Marjorie Macfarlane, Mr. D. G. France, Mr. N. G. Sturt, j Mrs. H. Clav, 31 r. S. Lamb, Mrs. S. A. Cleal. Mrs. J. K. Hall, Mrs. E. W. Griffiths and Mrs. N. C. Pierce. The toast of the English Association ! was proposed by .Mr. P. Harrison, and | responded to by Mr. G. P. Hughes; ! that of "Our Visitors," proposed by Mr. j T. E. Hickson, was replied to by Mr. F. J. Perry; that of the Wightman Cup ' team, proposed by Mr. H.
